LaSalle Network is hiring for a Freight Tracking Agent
Fast shipments. Tight timelines. Zero room for error. LaSalle Network is seeking a driven Freight Tracking Agent to support a high-volume logistics operation. As a Freight Tracking Agent, you’ll own shipment visibility, communicate in real time and help prevent small issues from becoming big problems. If you like staying one step ahead, this role was built for you.

What’s the job?

  • Track shipment progress across domestic lanes

  • Update systems with accurate shipment notes and milestones

  • Flag delays and exceptions immediately

  • Coordinate with carriers, agents and internal operations teams

  • Handle inbound shipment inquiries with confidence and clarity

  • Support service recovery and customer satisfaction initiatives

What’s needed?

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Prior logistics or freight experience preferred

  • Comfort using tracking tools and internal platforms
