LaSalle Network is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for a leading healthcare organization in Chicago! This contract role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys keeping operations organized and on track.
You’ll be the go-to person for data accuracy and order processing, supporting the procurement team as they manage essential day-to-day purchasing functions.
Key Details:
Compensation: $17–$20/hour
Benefits: LaSalle Network contractors have the option to enroll in benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance
Location: Chicago, IL
Work Model: Fully onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
What’s the job?
Maintain accurate and timely data entry for patient records
Follow standard procedures and adapt quickly to process updates
Partner with team members to resolve discrepancies
Support administrative tasks that keep operations running seamlessly
What’s needed?
1–2 years of data entry or administrative experience
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
High attention to detail and accuracy in all work
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependable, self-motivated, and process-driven mindset
