Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the full cycle recruiting process, identifying top talent to help our client thrive
• Collaborate in creating and implementing effective HR policies and procedures that foster a positive workplace environment
• Conduct performance reviews that empower our client’s employees and drive their success
• Manage benefits enrollment and serve as a knowledgeable resource for any benefits-related questions
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, welcoming them into our client’s vibrant company culture

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field
• Previous HR experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred
• Experience as the sole HR representative is a plus, showcasing your ability to thrive independently
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Must be able to work onsite in Schaumburg, IL
