This role will be instrumental in designing and implementing an Information Security Management System (ISMS) that aligns with TISAX Access Level 3 and IATF CSR requirements. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, with hands-on experience leading organizations through TISAX self-assessments, audits, and compliance documentation.

TISAX Specialist Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement an ISMS aligned with TISAX Access Level 3 and IATF CSR requirements
- Draft, maintain, and update ISMS policies, procedures, and supporting documentation
- Guide self-assessments, audit preparation, corrective actions, and long-term compliance strategies
- Present compliance strategies to TISAX auditing firms
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure certification readiness and sustainable compliance
TISAX Specialist Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Proven experience implementing ISMS frameworks aligned with TISAX standards
- Knowledge of IATF CSR requirements and high-availability environments
- Hands-on experience guiding organizations through TISAX audits and corrective actions
- Strong ability to document and maintain ISMS policies and procedures
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Must be able to work onsite in Schaumburg, IL
