Your tasks

• Portfolio & Transparency:
• Development and maintenance of a central project overview (A/B/C prioritization, status, milestones, risks, decisions)
• Standardization of project basics (owner, milestones, action & decision log)
• Rhythm & Follow-up
• Moderation of a weekly project review ("Delivery Rhythm") with project owners
• Consistent action tracking: responsibilities, deadlines, status, escalation in case of blockages
• Ensuring realistic milestones including re-planning in case of bottlenecks
• Interfaces & Escalation Management
• Coordination between different departments (production, maintenance, IT, marketing, purchasing, administration)
• Preparation of decision-making bases for management (priorities, bottlenecks, risks)
• Making obstacles visible and bringing about necessary decisions
• Enablement & Change
• Coaching of project managers in pragmatic, effective methods
• Support during rollouts (communication, training, user support)

Your profile

• A degree in business education, business administration, business informatics, engineering, or similar – or a comparable qualification
• Experience in project management, PMO, or in coordinating diverse projects
• High level of structure, organization, and implementation strength
• Proficient in moderation, prioritization, and solution-oriented conflict resolution
• Very proficient in using MS 365 (Teams, Planner/To Do, Excel, SharePoint); additional Microsoft tools are an advantage
• Strong communication skills and a clear, decision-oriented working style
