Job description
- You will be responsible for the assembly of vehicle bodies in special vehicle construction
- You will be in charge of dismantling the body and assigning the components for further processing in the welding shop and paint shop
- You will be responsible for the final assembly of the entire body
- You will take care of sheet metal and panelling work
- You will also be responsible for and panelling work
- You will also be responsible for laying and connecting pneumatic lines and valves according to technical specifications and the circuit diagram
- You will carry out functional checks on all components, incl. rectifying any defects and handing over the vehicle to the TestLab ready for operation
- Visual and functional tests fall within your remit
Requirements
- You have completed training as a construction mechanic (m/f/d), metalworker for commercial vehicles (m/f/d) or comparable training
- You also have knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
- You have a good command of spoken German
- You have a car driving licence
- You have analytical thinking skills, sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team and an energetic way of working speak for you
- a valid work permit rounds off your profile
