YOUR TASKS

• Technical support of our software
• Assist in maintaining our cloud infrastructure
• Install our software in new hotels
• Implement and maintain interfaces to external systems at our clients
• Integrate software in operational networks and server structures
• Implement and look after new IT solutions
• Communicate with clients

YOUR PROFILE

• BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required
• Fluent in German and English (both written and verbal)

Preference is given to candidates with work experience in and/or familiarity with:

• Servers and clients with a Windows Server 2012 AD
• SAN / NAS servers
• VMWare ESXi / vSphere
• Firewalls, network technics and routing, internet interface and VPN access
• Control, backup and disaster recovery systems
• A script or programming language
