We’ve been developing our product suite SIHOT since 1986 and our hotel management software runs in more than 3.500 hotels worldwide. Our offices with a total of 200 employees are located near Berlin, in Valencia, Lisbon, Cardiff, Sao Paulo and Australia’s Gold Coast.

YOUR TASKS
- Technical support of our software
- Assist in maintaining our cloud infrastructure
- Install our software in new hotels
- Implement and maintain interfaces to external systems at our clients
- Integrate software in operational networks and server structures
- Implement and look after new IT solutions
- Communicate with clients
YOUR PROFILE
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required
- Fluent in German and English (both written and verbal)
Preference is given to candidates with work experience in and/or familiarity with:
- Servers and clients with a Windows Server 2012 AD
- SAN / NAS servers
- VMWare ESXi / vSphere
- Firewalls, network technics and routing, internet interface and VPN access
- Control, backup and disaster recovery systems
- A script or programming language
