How you create impact

• Partner with Global HR Business Partners, National HR Managers, and Total Rewards stakeholders to support business objectives with expert analysis and guidance
• Manage the Performance Bonus target setting and calculation process for the Senior Management globally.
• Provide compensation offers and calculations for Top and Senior Management, manage contracts, and ensure data integrity across all systems
• Drive global compensation initiatives, including redesigning programs and integrating new reward strategies in collaboration with senior Total Rewards leadership
• Act as a subject matter expert for compensation-related HR systems, supporting system development and optimization
• Maintain high-quality Compensation and Benefits data and deliver insightful reports for Senior Management and ad hoc business needs

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field; Master’s in HR or MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Finance within a global, matrixed organization
• Professional certification (CCP or GRP) is a strong asset
• Deep understanding of financial principles, employment law, and tax implications
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other Office tools
• Experience with Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Fluent in English, German would be beneficial
