(Senior) Expert Legal / Legal Counsel (m/f/x)

Aufgaben:

Legal advice to specialist departments, particularly in the areas of purchasing, IT, technical services Drafting, negotiating and reviewing various international agreements in the company's predominantly civil law-related legal matters Assess and advise on liabilities, legal restrictions and risks of proposed commercial agreements and develop practical solutions to meet operational needs Management of and coordination with external advisors Monitor and advise on current and new legislation and case law impacting the international operation of the company Enhance and create awareness for internal policies and procedures Advising departments on a wide variety of legal matters including supporting the company's data protection organization

Qualifikationen:

Master of Laws / university degree in law Min. three years of relevant experience in commercial law, ideally as an in-house counsel in an international context Affinity for innovation, technology, and the aviation industry Ability to analyse and confidently advise on complex legal matters & to communicate clearly and effectively to the business Ability to strike the right balance between the legal theory and the business reality Eager to expand your legal knowledge to new areas of expertise and jurisdictions Fluent in English and German (both verbal and in writing)
