Supporting the flight department with administrative and organizational tasks
Creation and maintenance of flight bookings in the booking system
Support in processing rebookings, cancellations and special requests
Checking flight times and monitoring booking deadlines
Correspondence with airlines, internal departments and customers
Maintaining customer and flight data in the systems
Preparation and dispatch of travel documents (e.g. e-tickets, flight schedules)
General office organization (e.g. filing, data maintenance, appointment coordination)

Completed commercial or tourism training, e.g. as a tourism clerk, office clerk or similar.
Experience in tourism or in assistance is an advantage, but not a must
Good organizational skills and a structured way of working
Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with booking systems (e.g. Amadeus) desirable, but not required
Ability to work in a team, communication skills and service orientation
Good written and spoken German, knowledge of English is an advantage
