Your profile:
- Completed commercial training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), office communication clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in the above-mentioned field of responsibility is desirable
- PC affinity and confident use of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- teamwork
- Mobility to reach the place of work
Your tasks:
- Creation of shipping documents, goods labels and additional documents for deliveries
- Coordination and independent coordination of loading and unloading activities between the logistics departments
- Allocation of the export documents provided to the goods
- Preparation of loading lists based on the forwarding documents provided
- Booking of empty container delivery notes
