• Champion People Growth: Foster a culture of learning, guide career development, and support performance and development processes.

• Design Learning Journeys: Create training catalogues, development plans, and learning paths that inspire growth and engagement.

• Implement Smart Solutions: Turn concepts into reality by implementing HR processes and tools in Workday.

• Drive Development Conversations: Support structured performance reviews and meaningful development dialogues across teams.

• Shape Future Skills: Collaborate on innovative approaches to upskilling and continuous learning in a dynamic environment.

What You Bring

• Experience in People Development and/or Training within a large mid-sized organization

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field with HR exposure

• Strong conceptual thinking and organizational skills

• Curiosity for digital HR tools and innovative learning approaches
