Data Management Specialist Hexagon EAM (m/f/d)

Purpose

Data Management Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that an organization’s data is accurate, secure, accessible, and well-organized. This role supports business operations and decision-making by managing data systems and processes effectively.

Responsibilities

• Administration and optimization of databases and data storage systems to ensure efficient and secure data archiving.
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all recorded data through regular checks and implementation of validation processes.
• Coordination and management of data flows within the company, including the creation and maintenance of data models and data structures.
• Regular updating and cleansing of data sets to maintain a high level of data quality.
• Development and implementation of security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access, loss, or damage.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in data administration and data security, ideally in a technical environment
• Strong knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data analysis tools
• Experience with data security standards and protocols
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
• High reliability and accuracy, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
