Your responsibilities
- Support the management and optimization of a diverse real asset or investment portfolio
- Assist in monitoring asset performance, preparing reports, and analyzing key financial metrics
- Contribute to the development and implementation of value-enhancing strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers such as property managers, legal advisors, and technical consultants
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
- Prepare presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Your profile
- Completed university degree in business, finance, real estate management, or a related field
- First relevant experience in the hospitality sector through internships or initial professional roles in asset management
- Solid analytical skills and an interest in financial modeling and performance analysis
- Strong communication skills and a structured, proactive work ethic
- Fluent in English and German
- Confident use of Excel and presentation tools
