Your responsibilities

• Support the management and optimization of a diverse real asset or investment portfolio
• Assist in monitoring asset performance, preparing reports, and analyzing key financial metrics
• Contribute to the development and implementation of value-enhancing strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers such as property managers, legal advisors, and technical consultants
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
• Prepare presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders

Your profile

• Completed university degree in business, finance, real estate management, or a related field
• First relevant experience in the hospitality sector through internships or initial professional roles in asset management
• Solid analytical skills and an interest in financial modeling and performance analysis
• Strong communication skills and a structured, proactive work ethic
• Fluent in English and German
• Confident use of Excel and presentation tools
