Your responsibilities

• Provide legal support across all areas of corporate, regulatory, and capital markets law
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including investment agreements and financing documentation
• Advise on legal structuring of investment vehicles and cross-border transactions
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the business
• Manage relationships with external counsel and coordinate legal due diligence processes
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
• Support the executive team with legal risk assessments and strategic legal matters

Your profile

• Fully qualified lawyer, preferably with a focus on corporate, finance, or capital markets law
• Relevant professional experience, ideally gained in a law firm or financial services environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Business-fluent in English and German
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
