Your responsibilities

• Provide tax advice on national and international investment structures
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax reporting obligations
• Collaborate on the structuring of funds, transactions, and cross-border activities from a tax perspective
• Coordinate and prepare tax filings in cooperation with external service providers
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company and its investment vehicles
• Support internal stakeholders with tax-related risk assessments and strategic planning
• Liaise with tax authorities and external advisors

Your profile

• Completed tax advisor exam (Steuerberater/in)
• 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in an international advisory firm or financial services environment
• Solid understanding of corporate tax, investment tax law, and international tax structures
• Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented working style
• Fluent in English and German
• Team player with a proactive mindset and high professional standards
