Grouting Specialist (m/f/x)

Your tasks:

• Technical responsibility for the selection, development, and documentation of grouting systems and grout recipes, tailored to project-specific requirements and certification standards
• Support during the tender phase through analysis of technical requirements, preparation of method statements, cost estimations, and risk/opportunity assessments
• Project manage engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning scopes as well as lead the recipe development process.
• Coordination with internal departments, suppliers, certification bodies, and external partners to ensure the successful implementation and continuous development of grouting solutions
• Project support from tender through execution phase, including handover of technical documentation, resource planning, and operational input as subject matter expert
• Ensuring compliance with QHSE standards, regulatory requirements, and internal processes, while actively contributing to audits, HSE initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts

Your profile:

• University degree in chemical engineering, mechanical / electrical engineering or a comparable discipline
• Several years of experience in the field(s) of grouting equipment and grouting operations
• Excellent knowledge of grouting techniques and systems
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Team player with a high degree of independence, a sense of responsibility, stress resistance, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to undertake business trips and construction site assignments, some of which may last several weeks
