Carrying out quality audits and quality assurance measures in our bakeries
Carrying out supplier audits and checking compliance with quality standards

Traveling throughout Germany

Successfully completed training in the food sector, e.g. specialist in food technology, system catering, specialist salesperson in the food trade or a comparable qualification
Further training in quality management or professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage
Passion for baked goods and interest in topics such as food hygiene, HACCP, etc.
Flexibility and enjoyment of regular business trips to our bakeries and suppliers
Strong sense of initiative, commitment and assertiveness
Organizational skills as well as a friendly, well-groomed and confident appearance
Confident handling of common Office programs
