Your profile:
- Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, construction engineering (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Extensive experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
- Good knowledge of construction-specific contracts, laws and regulations
- Confident use of MS Office and BRZ
- Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written
- Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team
- Driving license and car to reach the place of work
Your tasks:
- Processing of tenders and preparation of offers
- Obtaining, reviewing, evaluating and processing offers from subcontractors and suppliers
- Preparation of bidder and award discussions as well as commissioning to support the management
- Review and evaluate technical and economic rework of tenders
- Compilation / handover of commissioned subcontractors and suppliers to the construction management for construction execution
