Your profile:

Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, construction engineering (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
Extensive experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
Good knowledge of construction-specific contracts, laws and regulations
Confident use of MS Office and BRZ
Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written
Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team
Driving license and car to reach the place of work

Your tasks:

Processing of tenders and preparation of offers
Obtaining, reviewing, evaluating and processing offers from subcontractors and suppliers
Preparation of bidder and award discussions as well as commissioning to support the management
Review and evaluate technical and economic rework of tenders
Compilation / handover of commissioned subcontractors and suppliers to the construction management for construction execution
