Your Key Responsibilities

• Supporting various projects within the context of strategic people development, qualification and learning as well as diversity, equity and inclusion
• Preparing decision proposals and communicating materials, e.g., presentations, analyses, and assessments
• Receiving insights into content creation and supporting maintenance of the intranet pages for internal communications
• Concept-creation and support in facilitation
• Assisting in the organization of events and team workshops
• Working closely with colleagues from across the Region Europe

Your Qualifications

• Student in the field of economics and social sciences or a related field of study with a focus on human resources
• Competent handling of MS-Office applications
• Advanced English skills
• Capacity to "think outside the box”, commitment and flexibility
• Independent, responsible and customer-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and collaborative skills as well as organizational talent
