YOUR MISSION

In this role you will be representing Matchbox Solutions towards leading aviation industry stakeholders such as DCS providers, IATA, SITA, kiosk and self-service kiosk manufacturers etc. You are a cting as the primary ambassador positioning Matchbox as the industry reference for travel document validation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Building and nurturing senior-level relationships within the aviation technology ecosystem
• Leading strategic partnerships, business development initiatives and high-level negotiations
• Driving the integration and recognition of Matchbox across the industry platforms, standards and products
• Collaborating with product-, marketing- and strategy teams to align market needs with innovation
• Providing expert insights on industry trends, competitor activities and growth opportunities
• Contributing to sales targets and revenue growth through industry partnerships

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in business administration, aviation management, information systems or comparable qualification
• Proven track record in business development, industry relations or partner management in aviation industry
• Experience representing a company in international forums and standardization bodies
• Strong knowledge of passenger processing, regulatory compliance and airline-IT systems
• Knowledge of project management
• Further experience in sales, business development or stakeholder management is an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are an asset
• Extensive professional network in the aviation-IT- and ground handling industry, especially with DCS providers, IATA, SITA, kiosk manufacturers and related stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of MS Office
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to ~20%), based on business needs
