You will take ownership of complex consulting workstreams within this multi-year Greenfield initiative—analyzing current business requirements, defining target processes and architectures, and translating them into robust SAP FI-CA solutions. Your responsibilities include end-to-end implementation, customizing and configuration, steering change requests, and managing incidents in a growing system landscape. As a senior consultant, you will also assume (partial) project leadership, coordinate stakeholders across business and IT, and actively shape the project’s direction. Given the nature of the engagement, you will work closely with clients on site across German-speaking Switzerland and become a long-term, trusted partner throughout the transformation journey.
To thrive in this role, you bring a degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a related field, along with several years of experience in SAP consulting and complex transformation or Greenfield projects. You have deep hands-on expertise in SAP mass billing and contract accounting solutions (FI-CA, PSCD, FSCD); experience with SAP IS-U is a strong asset. Excellent German skills are essential. You combine strong analytical and conceptual abilities with an entrepreneurial mindset, leadership presence, and a passion for building sustainable solutions from scratch. Your curiosity, drive, and ability to inspire interdisciplinary teams will allow you to leave a lasting footprint on a landmark SAP transformation.
