YOUR MISSION

• Manage and coordinate IT projects from initiation to delivery
• Track timelines, budgets, and resources while mitigating risks
• Support different teams using Scrum and agile practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, and external vendors
• Maintain clear documentation and communication for governance and reporting

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in software development projects
• Hermes certification is required
• Familiarity with Scrum or agile frameworks; Scrum Master certification is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a mostly remote setup, with occasional onsite presence in Bern
• Fluent in English and German/French is a plus
