Our client, a leading company in the IT Security & Managed Cyber Services space, is looking for an expert to support them in driving growth across their 360° cyber security portfolio.

As a Key Account Manager, you will provide end-to-end expertise in building long-term customer relationships, acquiring new clients and projects, and offering solution-oriented guidance across a broad spectrum of cyber security services.

Setting: As part of the team, you will focus on delivering the best possible solutions to customers while working closely with internal cyber security specialists to ensure the success of joint projects.

In this role, your focus will be on acquiring new customers and projects while also expanding and maintaining existing accounts. You will provide solution-oriented and competent consulting to clients across the entire cyber security portfolio and confidently lead negotiations at various decision-making levels. Additionally, you will support bid management for large or complex tenders and work closely with internal ICT and security specialists to ensure the successful delivery of customer projects. Throughout your work, you will continue to expand your network within the Swiss cyber security market.

To succeed in this position, you should bring an ICT education complemented by further training in business administration and/or sales, along with several years of experience in selling comprehensive ICT services, including complex network and security solutions. You will need strong know-how in ICT security infrastructures and outsourcing, native-level German skills, and very good English abilities. A well-established network among medium-sized and large customers in Switzerland, as well as a genuine passion for cyber security and sales, will round out your ideal profile.

Duration: This is a permanent contract

Language: Fluent knowledge of German and English language is a must.
