Your tasks:

• Carrying out maintenance, servicing and repair work on electrical systems and system components
• Installation work
• Supervision of technical building systems and specific systems such as (for example: pneumatic tube system, AWT)
• Compliance with and implementation of legal requirements and inspections
• Coordination of external companies
• Troubleshooting, systematic fault analysis and rectification
• Optimization of plant technology
• Documentation of activities and maintenance of inventory data in existing IT systems

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed vocational training in the field of electronics or electrical engineering/professional experience would be an advantage
• Understanding of safety and fire protection processes
• Willingness to participate in the on-call duty
• Confident handling of MS Office and CAFM systems as well as the willingness to use work-supporting IT systems
• Class B driving license
• Very good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
• Willingness to attend internal and external training courses
