Your area of ​​responsibility
Coordination and assurance of occupational safety, accident prevention and health protection based on relevant laws, regulations, guidelines and internal company rules
Support & collaboration with the Corporate Senior EHS at the headquarters in Switzerland
Co-design, implementation and further development of internal company guidelines and projects in occupational health and safety
Implementation and support of risk assessments, analysis of occupational accidents, maintenance of accident statistics as well as development and implementation of appropriate measures to avoid hazards
Carrying out safety inspections, safety audits and risk assessments
Organization and moderation of the occupational safety committee
Design and implementation of training measures to further raise awareness of occupational safety
Maintenance and further development of the environmental management system according to ISO 14001

your qualification
Completed technical studies or technical training with further training as a technician, master craftsman or business administrator with experience in the field
Additional qualification as an occupational safety specialist. Further training as an environmental management officer is desirable.
Experience in dealing with management systems (DIN ISO 45001, ISO 14001) as well as fire protection and access security
Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
Independent, analytical and structured way of working
High service orientation as well as communication skills, assertiveness and good linguistic expression
Willingness to travel for training
