At the earliest possible date, we are looking for exactly you as a Personnel Administrator (m/f/d) for our HR department in Schwerin as a sickness cover.

• Contact person and internal consultant (m/f/d) for a defined area of responsibility for all personnel, remuneration and labor law related issues
• Implementation of all personnel matters during the entire employee lifecycle
• Supporting HR management and actively participating in various HR projects
• You are independently responsible for recruiting
• Close and trusting cooperation with the works council

• Completed commercial training or similar training is desirable
• Sound knowledge of labor and works constitution law, as well as collective bargaining agreements
• A strong enthusiasm for HR and relevant professional experience, ideally in the healthcare sector
• Routine in the common MS Office programs, especially Excel and Word
• Experience with the P&I LOGA accounting system and/or the SAP duty roster program is an advantage
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
