As soon as possible, we are looking for exactly you as Nursing Manager (m/f/d) for our Operative Admission Center (OP-A).

• Technical, organisational and personnel management of the Operational Reception Centre
• Ensuring patient-oriented, efficient and high-quality nursing care in the operating room
• Control and optimisation of admission, preparation and process flows in close cooperation with operating theatres, anaesthesia, wards and administrative interfaces
• Leadership, motivation and development of employees including duty planning, employee appraisals and induction
• Implementation and further development of nursing concepts, standards and quality measures
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, hygiene and quality standards
• Active participation in projects for process optimization and digitization in the admission and operating room-related area

• Completed vocational training as a nurse (m/f/d) Management experience in nursing with completed further training Management of a ward / area (DKG) or the willingness to complete it
• Empathy and a confident handling even in challenging situations
• Ability to work together in a trusting and cooperative manner with all professional groups
• Decisiveness and assertiveness
• Organizational talent and ability to prioritize tasks
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
