We are looking for you as an intern (m/f/d) for our HR department in Schwerin at the earliest possible date.

• Recruiting - creating job advertisements in coordination with the responsible persons
• Implementation of all personnel matters during the entire employee lifecycle
• Supporting HR management and active participation in various HR projects
• Close and trusting cooperation with the works council

• Enrolled student in a business-related degree program (ideally with a focus on HR/ personnel management/ business law/ business administration)
• Ability to understand business contexts
• Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• High level of commitment and initiative
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Collaboration in an experienced and committed team
• Exciting and responsible tasks in a wide-ranging field of work
• A good insight into personnel management in a hospital
