Join our Controlling team at Helios Verwaltung Nord GmbH at the earliest possible date as

full-time/part-time, based at one of our clinic locations.

• You will coordinate and control the timely transmission of InEK data (Institute for the Hospital Remuneration System) from the clinics in your region in close coordination with the local and central stakeholders.
• You accompany and support the clinics in your region in carrying out precise InEK calculations, including the structured preparation and processing of data in accordance with the DRG system and other specifications (e.g. calculation manual).
• As a regional InEK expert, you will act as a central point of contact for the hospitals in your region and for interface partners at all hierarchical levels. You will ensure that all relevant parties receive the necessary support on InEK-related issues.
• You will be actively involved in the further development of regional guidelines and methodological standards that are in line with the overarching regulatory requirements and thus contribute to ensuring consistent data quality within your region (e.g. with regard to service recording).

• Structured and independent way of working with high quality standards, quick comprehension and a strong willingness to help shape change in the region.

• Sound understanding of the DRG system, the KHBV principles and the InEK specifications for hospital cost calculation and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and high accuracy in dealing with performance and financial data to ensure consistent and reliable regional results.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly, confidently and in a solution-oriented manner - both to hospital management and to central contacts.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as SAP experience for sophisticated regional analyses and reporting.
• Completed university degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable subject - ideally with a focus on controlling and ~2-4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a hospital environment.
