We are looking for you as a social worker/educator (m/f/d) for the Clinic for Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy at the earliest possible date.

Individual psychosocial counseling and support for mentally ill patients and their relatives

Sociotherapeutic individual and group work, which requires specific methodological tools (e.g. implementation of social skills training)

Clarification of social law claims using relevant legal principles

Cooperation and networking with various municipal and supra-regional institutions, service providers, self-help groups and associations

Enjoyment of and interest in goal-oriented, interdisciplinary cooperation with all professional groups involved in treatment

A successfully completed degree in social work

Sound knowledge of clinical social work in hospitals as well as comprehensive knowledge of the theory and practice of psychosocial counseling and social therapeutic interventions, prevention and rehabilitation

In-depth knowledge of the structures of the social and healthcare system, including legal foundations

Knowledge of treatment and care processes in and outside the clinic

Independent, efficient and goal-oriented way of working

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
