Your tasks:

• Ensuring the function of all supply systems and all building services
  systems
• Maintenance and servicing work on all building services systems
• Measurement and inspection work on the building services systems
• Installation work as part of repair and project work
• In addition, tasks not mentioned here, which by their nature fall within the scope of this position, must also be carried out

What you need:

• Completed vocational training as an installation and building technician (m/f/d) (LAP, BMS, HTL) or related training with appropriate further training
• Professional experience in the maintenance of electrical systems
• Relevant additional training is an advantage
• Experience in operating a central building control system desirable
• Willingness to complete emergency services (maximum 10 days on-call duty per month)
• Independent, goal-oriented and efficient working style
• A customer and service-oriented way of working
• Basic computer skills (short activity reports, duty time)
• Very good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
