IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Planning, installation and administration of IT infrastructures & system solutions
• Monitoring and maintenance of server, network and cloud infrastructure
• Ensuring system availability, performance and security
• Support with the implementation of projects & new system solutions
• Error analysis and troubleshooting in complex IT environments
• Creation and maintenance of operating standards & system documentation
• Support in the optimization of work processes & system architectures
• Close cooperation with specialist departments
• IT provider for our locations in Germany, USA and China

Your profile

• Completed studies in computer science or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in the infrastructure environment
• Sound knowledge in the administration of Windows-based systems
• Experience in dealing with networks, virtualization and cloud technologies (e.g. Azure)
• Knowledge of IT security and system optimization
• Experience with monitoring tools and backup solutions
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, independent & structured way of working
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
