We are searching for the best talent for a SUPERVISOR IN WAREHOUSE to be in Selzach.
This role is crucial to ensure the efficiency and performance of our warehouse and distribution operations. As a leader, you will supervise a dedicated team responsible for daily management of material flow, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. You will work closely with operational, quality, and compliance teams, focusing on process optimization and customer satisfaction. As Supervisor in Warehouse you will:
- Supervise and lead a team of individual contributors, ensuring effective performance management, training, and development.
- Oversee the entire logistics operation, from receiving components to final distribution of finished goods, including value-added services.
- Ensure warehouse areas are properly maintained, and that products are stored and handled in accordance with company policies and federal and local regulations.
- Verify and maintain inventory accuracy by overseeing transactions and following cycle count programs to prevent physical inventory discrepancies.
- Gather and analyze competitor activity and industry announcements to develop innovative strategies for warehouse and distribution processes.
- Ensure all procedures comply with local and federal regulatory policies and requirements.
- Manage operational aspects of the team, including workflow, performance, and compliance, and ensure team goals are achieved within expected standards.
- Promote and apply Johnson & Johnson Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions with the team.
- Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancement projects.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proven experience in team management within a logistics or industrial environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, with specific experience in medtech logistics.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards applicable to healthcare and medtech industries.
- Experience with automation technologies and systems used in warehouse and distribution operations.
- Fluency in English and German, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Deep knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, RSC, VAS) and MS Office; experience with QMS and DMS is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent leadership, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and self-motivated with a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and drive results.
