Food Scientist / Food Technologist (m/f/d) for the development of alternative proteins

The Institute of Biotechnology hosts several innovative biomedical research groups, a Fraunhofer project group, and additional flagship projects such as AVantiLT, a BMBF-funded initiative focused on developing novel anti-cancer drugs derived from microalgae.
Our research group at BTU has gained international visibility among decision-makers in the food industry, politics, and non-governmental organizations—primarily through our innovative approaches to developing sustainable and nutrient-rich foods.
For the EU-funded project BinAqua , we are looking for a highly motivated and qualified scientist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of developing alternative protein sources for the nutrition of the future.
