About the Role:

We are seeking a sales executive based in Germany to drive sales and market adoption of our PQMS (Process & Quality Management Suite) software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Quascenta’s PQMS validation suite to clients in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-5 years of business development or sales experience in B2B software.

• Knowledge of validation or qualification a plus

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.

• Fluent in German (Native speaker)
