Join our Logistics department as an intern and gain hands-on experience at the intersection of operations, data, and technology. You'll be actively involved in supporting process improvement initiatives through digitalization, automation and analytics.

Tasks

When you join our team, you will:

• Analyze logistics and supply chain processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities
• Collaborate with business users and IT to define, document, and implement Robotic Process - Automation (RPA) use cases
• Support development, testing, and deployment of RPA and automation tools
• Create and maintain performance dashboards and KPI reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Assist in managing system access requests and maintaining access documentation
• Monitor data quality and contribute to data-driven decision-making
• Prepare presentations, process documentation, and project materials
• Contribute to the team's continuous improvement (CI) initiatives

Requirements

You match our need, if you have:

• Ongoing or recently completed university degree in logistics, business administration, IT, or a related field
• Interest or initial experience in digitalization, process analysis, automation, or data visualization
• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular); knowledge of Power BI, SQL is a strong plus
• Good command of English
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach
