Tasks

• Greet guests and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Issue passes and enforce security protocols for employees, visitors, and service providers
• Prepare documentation for temporary and permanent airport passes
• Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries efficiently
• Maintain the appearance and functionality of the entrance area
• Prepare reports and documents related to daily tasks
• Support administrative activities within the Facility Management Department

Requirements

• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of German would be an advantage.
• High school diploma
• Strong computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint)
