Tasks

• Assist in various activities connected to the identification, evaluation, and selection of vendors and suppliers for aviation repair services and production of spare parts
• Support the negotiation and management of contracts with vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address vendor performance issues and drive continuous improvement
• Assist in the development and implementation of vendor management strategies to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency
• Support the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records of vendor contracts, agreements, and performance metrics

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g. business, supply chain management, aviation management)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications
