Job description
- You will support your team in the care of around 50 properties in Düsseldorf
- You will drive independently to the various locations with the company car
- Your task is to, provide bins and ensure order and cleanliness in the outdoor area
- You take care of thorough stair cleaning once a week
- You carry out light renovation work such as filling or wallpapering on your own responsibility
Requirements
- Ideally, you have good manual skills and like to get stuck in
- You already have a class B driving licence
- It goes without saying that you work independently, reliably and responsibly
- You have ideally already gained some experience in the caretaker sector
- You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
