We, Speaker Connection GmbH & Co. KG, are a successful German company specializing in the development and manufacturing of custom OEM speakers for the PA sound system sector. As a development partner, we work closely with internationally renowned customers to create innovative and successful products for their brands, which are then produced in our manufacturing facility in China.

Our services range from speaker development and optimization, to enclosures, amplifiers, DSPs, external certifications, manufacturing, shipping, and comprehensive life-cycle management. Our headquarters in Solingen, NRW, is easily accessible from Düsseldorf, Cologne, and Wuppertal.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Order Processing Clerk (f/m/d | On-site | Part-time – Permanent Position) to support our small but efficient team. • Order processing (order entry, coordination with the internal sales team).
• Occasional clarification of order related questions
• Verification and forwarding of invoices and shipping documents.

• Strong English skills, both written and spoken, which you can confidently apply in daily work (90% of external communication is conducted in English).
• Mandarin Chinese language skills are appreciated
• Required German language skills: C1, possibly B2 if compensated by appropriate English or Chinese language skills
• You are “Best in Class” when it comes to goal orientation and customer service.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good knowledge of Outlook, Office products, and modern communication tools.
• Ideally, you have experience with ERP systems, preferably Büro+.
