Aufgaben

• Preparation or support in the preparation of the monthly cost report as well as in the monthly reporting, such as project reports, earnings forecasts, etc.
• Preparation or support in the preparation of forecasts, particularly in terms of performance, results, and risks
• Preparation and follow-up of insurance notifications
• Review of internal allocations
• Accounts payable and receivable accounting, including invoicing, receivables management, and dunning processes
• Monitoring compliance with construction contracts (with clients and subcontractors), both legal and commercial aspects
• Participation in and clarification of the commercial framework conditions during acquisition, systematic customer support, as well as negotiation and legal review of contracts
• Independently providing expert advice on all contractual matters

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial education (e.g. business academy, university of applied sciences, university); a university degree is desirable
• Professional experience in a similar role, ideally in the construction industry
• Solid IT skills and a strong affinity for working with numbers
• Dynamic, analytical, and innovative mindset
• Strong communication and contractual skills
• Willingness to learn, flexibility, and above-average commitment
• Structured, proactive, solution-oriented, and independent working style with strong team spirit
• Strong awareness of quality and cost-efficiency
• Possible willingness to travel
• Knowledge of a CEE language is a plus, but not mandatory
