DEVOPS MANAGER – PEOPLE & STRATEGY (m/f/d)

• You promote cross-departmental collaboration through active stakeholder management and transparent communication, while taking responsibility for the budget and managing resources efficiently.
• You build bridges between requirements and technology by communicating them in a solution-oriented manner – for maximum clarity within the team.
• You will take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of a 10-member cross-functional, motivated DevOps team and actively promote the further development of your employees.
• You will coach your team with clarity and heart – strengthening personal responsibility, individual development and strong teamwork.

• With your many years of professional and disciplinary leadership experience and your appreciative, proactive approach to work, you contribute to an open, collaborative team culture.
• You have a good sense of people and know how to recognize talent, inspire and empower them in their roles.
