Your daily pitch

You love working with numbers? You want to excel in an international and dynamic work environment? Then join our Finance team as our Consolidation and Reporting Associate (m/f/x). You are part of the team that prepares our consolidation reports and ensures a high quality of our reporting infrastructure.

Your playing field

• You support the team with the production of monthly high-quality consolidated reports for various stakeholders at Tipico.
• You prepare financial statements within stipulated deadlines and also work with the auditors on the completion.
• You take part in intercompany reporting processes, considering our presence across jurisdictions and support the financial control of the Group's foreign subsidiaries.
• You ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements regarding financial reports, including the conversion of local accounting GAAPs into IFRS principles. 
• You assist in administration, maintenance and enhancement of the accuracy of common reporting tools and ensure that the Group Accounting Policy are maintained and accurate from reporting perspective.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch

• Education and Certification. Bachelors' or Masters' degree in Accounting or a similar qualification. Ideally you are in the final steps of acquiring ACA/ACCA certification or equivalent certification. 
• Experience. You have a minimum of 2 years experience working in an accounting, group consolidation and/or reporting role. Previous industry experience from iGaming or another fast-paced industry scores you extra points.
• Tech-Savvy. You are proficient in using Microsoft Excel and ideally you're familiar with ERP systems (Business Central).
• Skills. You seeing solutions, not problems. Your analytical mindset and strong eye for details help you to stay focused and create high-quality work, even under tight deadlines.
• Communication.  You have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. You score extra points with us, if you also speak Maltese and/or German.
• One Team Spirit.  You like to work in an agile environment and enjoy sharing ideas and learning from others.
