Your tasks

• Operational customs clearance, i.e. handling shipments, exports and imports
• Preparation of shipping and transport documents
• Application for and procurement of accompanying documents for goods
• Compilation of data and information for the calculation of preferences
• Performing preference calculations Preparing the necessary declarations of origin or movement certificates
• Providing support with customs-related certifications and/or customs audits
• Performing sanctions list checks based on internal guidelines and evaluating potential hits
• Supporting other departments with delivery terms and customs procedures

Your profile

• Completed training in wholesale and foreign trade, freight forwarding, logistics services or a comparable qualification
• Extensive professional experience in operational customs clearance
• Knowledge of export control
• Experience in working with internal interfaces, external transport service providers and local customs offices
• Confident knowledge of current national and international export control laws
• Confident use of ATLAS and EZT
• Good knowledge of logistics, merchandise management and order processing
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• Willingness to travel
