• Operational procurement including SAP data maintenance, order processing, deadline tracking, and invoice verification
• Procurement of components, materials, investments, and services including quotation analysis and negotiations for aircraft and simulator projects
• Ensuring material availability through deadline monitoring and escalation management
• Processing quality notifications, supplier change requests, and problem reports
• Responsibility for coordinating all operational procurement-related processes within the project team
• Participation in projects to optimize procurement processes as well as conducting market analyses

• Commercial or technical basic education with further training in procurementMehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen oder strategischen Einkauf
• Several years of professional experience in operational or strategic procurement
• SAP knowledge in the MM module as well as strong MS Office skills
• Very good English skills at C1 level and German skills at B2 level, both written and spoken
