For further reinforcement we are looking for:
1 employee for building maintenance/occupational safety
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance work
- Control and maintenance of technical facilities and equipment
- Organization and monitoring of various maintenance and repair measures
- Cleaning work and snow removal
- Errands and chauffeur rides
- Support for archiving and relocation measures
- Takeover of control activities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed vocational training (e.g. painter, mechanical engineer, bricklayer, plumber, carpenter, etc.)
- All-round knowledge and manual skills
- Forklift and crane license, corresponding knowledge of German

The minimum salary for the position as an employee for building maintenance/occupational safety is EUR 35,000.00 gross per year based on full-time employment. Willingness to overpay.
