Participation in and support of risk analyses for complex components; evaluation of supplier component feasibility analyses

Planning, execution, and tracking of APQP processes for purchased components, from component design through to serial production release; evaluation and approval of PPAP/PPF documentation including run@rate at supplier

Updating, tracking, coordinating, and documenting the APQP status of components, e.g. for project managers, project reviews, reporting, slow/fast builds, etc., as well as escalation when necessary

Structured root-cause analysis in the event of deviations, including structured problem-solving and follow-up activities

Compliance with the Webasto Product Development Process (PEP) and the relevant ASQE tasks

Technician qualification or degree in engineering with additional certification (e.g. Quality Manager, AIAG, VDA); Certified VDA 6.3 Auditor preferred

Sound practical knowledge of production and project management techniques and processes gained through professional experience

Experience with supplier quality processes and application of quality methods (APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC, etc.)

Good knowledge of standards and OEM customer requirements as well as component and tolerance requirements

Very high level of English, strong communication and mediation skills, and willingness to travel
