For over 30 years, INRO in Stockstadt am Main in the centre of the FrankfurtRhineMain metropolitan region has been producing control systems and drive solutions that reliably set systems and machines in motion. Industrial trucks, construction machinery and pump systems are just a few examples where our solutions ensure that everything runs safely, precisely and efficiently every day. With around 150 employees, we realise all steps from the initial idea to series production directly at our site in Stockstadt am Main. Your tasks

As an employee in the Finance and Controlling department, you play a decisive role in the company and take on a key position. You act as an internal expert for balance sheet and financial matters. Your analyses and evaluations form the basis for important decisions made by management. Does that sound good to you? Then become part of our 4-person Finance and Controlling team.

These activities are part of your range of tasks:

• Main responsibility for processing current accounting, in particular accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets and banks
• Preparation and recording of closing entries: Provisions, ARAP, deferred revenue, valuation of inventories and other value adjustments
• Preparation of monthly financial statements in accordance with HGB and internal reporting to management
• Preparation of the annual financial statements (preparation of the balance sheet and income statement, preparation of the notes and management report)
• Preparation of advance VAT returns and statistical reports
• Contact person (m/f/d) for tax consultants and auditors

Your profile

• Completed commercial training with further training as an accountant (m/f/d), alternatively training as a tax clerk (m/f/d)
• Several years of experience in accounting
• Experience in working with ERP systems
• Good MS Office skills (especially MS Excel)
• Affinity for numbers and conscientiousness
• Independent and autonomous way of working
• Communication and teamwork skills
