For over 30 years, INRO in Stockstadt am Main in the centre of the FrankfurtRhineMain metropolitan region has been producing control systems and drive solutions that reliably set systems and machines in motion. Industrial trucks, construction machinery and pump systems are just a few examples where our solutions ensure that everything runs safely, precisely and efficiently every day. With around 150 employees, we realise all steps from the initial idea to series production directly at our site in Stockstadt am Main. Your tasks

As part of our development team, you will make a decisive contribution to the development and quality assurance of our innovative control and drive solutions. You will work closely with the design, production, purchasing and external test laboratories departments and use your expertise to bring new technologies to series production readiness. The following varied tasks await you as an electronics developer (m/f/d) at INRO:

• You will be responsible for the construction and commissioning of prototypes.
• You create test specifications and carry out and document system tests, EMC tests and other electrical and environmental tests in accordance with relevant standards.
• In the event of changes, you adapt circuit diagrams and layouts of control technology and power electronics assemblies for series production.
• You will be involved in the circuit diagram and layout development of complex analogue and digital electronic assemblies in the field of e-mobility and electric drive technology.
• They carry out research into new components and qualify them to enable innovative solutions.

Your profile

• Completed studies in electrical engineering or mechatronics, completed training as a technician or extensive professional experience in the development of analogue and digital circuit technology or power electronics
• Experience in using tools for circuit design and layout (e.g. Altium Designer)
• Experience in using simulation tools (Spice, Plecs, Matlab/Simulink, Simplorer etc.) desirable
• Good system overview and knowledge of power electronics, control technology and measurement technology
• Experience in carrying out EMC tests in accordance with relevant standards
• Proven good skills in the electronics trade (soldering, crimping, rework)
• Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
